Shipping:

Due to Covid-19, we are implementing safety precautions while packing and shipping your orders. We are currently experiencing delays in fulfillment and shipping. We typically fulfill orders within 2-3 business days. US shipping may take anywhere from 6-14 business days after fulfillment, or longer. Although most orders arrive more quickly, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive. If you have questions about how quickly your order will arrive, please email info@kaintalia.com.

What shipping options do you offer?

We are happy to offer free Standard shipping for all domestic orders exceeding $100 (Hawaii and Alaska not included).

Do you offer expedited shipping?

No, we do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Do you accept returns?

COVID19 UPDATE: In order to ensure the safety of our team, it can take up to 5-10 business days to process your return once it arrives at our facility.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your order date. Please note that the purchaser will bear the cost of return shipping.

All returned items must be in brand-new “sellable” condition. This means it should be completely unused and devoid of any stains, scuffs or scratches on the hardware, with the hardware still wrapped in plastic and all original packaging intact. When packing the return, the bag must not be crushed or folded into a smaller box, which will ruin the bag.

We advise using a trackable method, as Kai N Talia is not responsible for items lost in transit.

** Please note: Changing pads are final sale for sanitation reasons.

Returning or Exchanging a Defective Item

If any imperfection is discovered upon receipt of the bag, please contact support within the first 14-days for an exchange.

If you believe an item you have received is defective or damaged, before initiating a return, please send a photo of the item and a brief explanation of the defect or damage to info@kaintalia.com. We will reply to you with any further questions and instructions for next steps.

Do not return a damaged or defective item without first emailing info@kaintalia.com or it will be subject to our standard return requirements and fees.
